  • What's your return policy?
    Boutiques Refund Policy We have a 14-day return or exchange policy from the original purchase or after receiving the parcel, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Must show or include proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or purchased it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and issues Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All issues will be approved or declined by the Brooklyn-Boutique owner or management. Exceptions / non-returnable items All Sale Items Are Final, no refunds or exchanges. we do not refund gift cards or exchange them for cash. Receiving Refunds by mail We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once we have verified that all items are within 14 days and in their original condition we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note... All refunds must be processed using the same method as the original purchase. Refunds may take a few days after processed, these timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
